Sous Vide Cherry Tomatoes

Sous Vide Cherry Tomatoes prepared in a Cook & Hold


  • Cherry Tomatoes (300g)
  • Olive Oil (5g)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sous Vide Bag


1. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 85°C
2. Wash the cherry tomatoes, place into a sous vide bag, and season with salt
3. Place the sous vide bag of tomatoes into the oven and hold for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 85°C
