Sous Vide Scallops

Sous Vide Scallops prepared in a Cook & Hold


  • Scallops (150g)
  • Olive Oil (10g)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sous Vide Bag


1. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 65°C
2. Clean the scallops and place into a sous vide bag
3. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil
4. Seal the bag and shake gently to mix
5. Place the sous vide bag of scallops into the oven and hold for 25 to 30 minutes at 65°C
