Chicken breast 1pcs; Goat cheese 1 tablespoon; dates 4-5pcs; Seasoning salt

Preparation

Step1: Hammer the chicken breast to flat, add some seasoning salt, put dates on top the chicken, in the middle put some goat cheese, then roll up the chicken, wrap with clean film.

Step2: Preheat the combi to 75℃

Step3: Then cook the chicken breast use steam model 75℃，full speed for 8 minutes
