T-bone Steak


300g T-Bone steak; olive oil; salt and black pepper


Step 1: Preheat the Combi to 300℃.

Step 2: Season T-Bone steak with olive oil, salt and. Place into the Combi, set to convection monde 280℃. Grill the steak for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 3: Put the steak into the Cook & Hold, set to holding mode 60℃ and hold for 20-30 minutes.
