  • Dry White Fungus (30g)
  • Lycium (20g)
  • Red Dates (30g)
  • Crystal Sugar (150g)


1. Wash all of the ingredients
2. Soak ingredients in hot water
3. Put into GN pan and add water and sugar
4. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 125°C
5. Put the pan into the oven and cook for 2 1/2 hours
6. Hold at 70°C for 1 hours
