Alto-Shaam Expands C-Suite with Chief Talent Officer

Alto-Shaam has expanded its developing c-suite, hiring Lindsey Higgins as Chief Talent Officer.

Alto-Shaam has expanded its developing c-suite, hiring Lindsey Higgins as Chief Talent Officer, effective Monday, Nov. 29

As a high-ranking member of the executive leadership team, Higgins will lead and execute Alto-Shaam’s people-focused human resources objectives. He will strengthen leadership and talent development at the company, furthering its more than 60-year journey of putting employees first.

Previously, Higgins was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marine Credit Union. He has more than 26 years’ experience in transformative and strategic talent development.
