Smoking — the culinary art of infusing your meats and other foods with the flavors of smoked wood — is now coming into the mainstream as the technology for smoking has been perfected over the past decade. Smoking is a cooking process that allows you to introduce bold new flavors without adding sodium, fats, or sugars, and is now more affordable than ever. 

There are two methods of smoking: hot smoking and cold smoking. To properly smoke any food, you’ll need to know the methodology, best practices, and the have the equipment necessary to bring flavor to the next level. We're here to help you explore the differences between and advantages of hot smoking versus cold smoking.
