Alto-Shaam APAC expands support in India with new Regional Sales and Culinary manager

Alto-Shaam has appointed Arpita Raj to the newly created role of Regional Sales & Culinary Manager for India. 

Arpita joins Alto-Shaam with twelve years of experience in culinary supervision, consultancy, and operations. In her previous role, Arpita was Culinary Head for a commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment company in India, where she handled all operations, sales support, R&D, and product alignment for key accounts across the country. 

In her new role, Arpita will use her culinary skills and strategic experience to foster new client relationships within targeted market segments including foodservice distributors, design consultancy firms and key account end users.

Arpita will directly report to Vijay Pawar, Alto-Shaam’s Regional Director for Sales & Culinary in India.
