• Hot Chocolate: This version of hot chocolate has a kick to it with the chipotle powder. Steam in a combi oven for batch cooking!

When it’s time for something sweet, you can use the same ovens to do your holiday baking!

• Sugar Cookies:  Perfect for decorating! Bring a holiday tradition to your guests. Cookie decorating will bring cheer to your guests from the youngest child at an elementary student to the great-grandmother dining at a senior-living home.
• Diamond Nut Bars: Sweet and nutty, this is just another great treat for the holidays.
• Low-fat Chocolate Orange Flan: Serve this delectable chocolate dessert that also promises a touch of citrus. Recipe is cooked in the combi oven
• Gingerbread Cookies: Bake them as fast as you can in a combi oven! Chef Kristina used the CT Express™ combi oven to make these cookies.
• Almond Butter Spritz Cookies: This recipe says to bake in a convection oven, but you can also bake in a combi oven or  cook and hold oven. If baking in the CT PROformance combi oven, bake for 12 minutes at 325°F with 60% fan speed and 20% humidity.  If using the cook and hold oven, it will take 20 minutes to bake the fresh dough at 325°F if you are baking one sheet pan. If you are cooking two or three full-size sheet pans, it will take about 45 minutes.
