New Regional Sales Manager in Germany

Alto-Shaam has appointed Florian Von Schulte as its new Regional Sales Manager in Germany as a continued investment in this key market and to deliver on their promise of providing a superior customer experience.

Florian, a former Head Chef and Trainer in the supermarkets and grocery sector, will lead and execute Alto-Shaam’s sales growth strategies across Germany including strategic account management and developing new sales opportunities in line with the strategic goals and expectations of the company. He will also be responsible for establishing and building long-term working relationships with key target segments including channel partners, chains, key accounts and end users.

Florian will report directly to Simon Parke-Davis, Alto-Shaam Vice President of Sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Simon adds, “Florian joins us with extensive experience in the foodservice industry, and I look forward to working closely with him as we look to continue to grow and achieve our objectives across the region whilst delivering superior levels of support and new, innovative products.”

Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, Florian worked as a Sales Trainer for one of Germany’s largest supermarket and grocery corporations, where he was responsible for training and development across 15 branches.
