Leaves are changing colors, football has returned and children are back in school. This can only mean one thing: fall has arrived. This changing of seasons also means that summer fruits and vegetables are nearing their end. Becuase of this, chefs are beginning to focus more on fall's seasonal produce. 

Here are four recipes to use this fall to use seasonal produce and keep your customers warm as the weather cools down:

1. Macaroon Soufflé Stuffed Apples

Have leftover apples from a local orchard? Look no further for a fall-inspired dessert. These delicious macaroon-stuffed apples are baked to perfection in just 30 minutes when prepared in a Combitherm® oven. Covered with cinnamon sugar and then stuffed with a cookie, this dessert is sure to be a hit. 

2. Beef Stew

Need to warm up as the temperatures start cooling down? This beef stew, prepared in a Cook & Hold oven, is done in just threee simple steps. By using a Cook & Hold and holding the stew overnight, flavors develop even further for a perfect fall dish. 

3. Sweet & Sour Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are a vegetable we will see trending this fall. Prepare these sweet and sour roasted Brussels sprouts in full steam mode in just 15 minutes with a Combitherm oven. Accented by ingredients such as bacon, balsamic vinegar, honey and chicken stock, these Brussels sprouts are sure to be filled with perfect fall flavors. 

4. Sous Vide Anise Carrots
