Vector ovens are completely waterless. Maximize space and reduce installation and operating costs with waterless design – no plumbing, drains, filtration or associated maintenance needed.

Countertop (H Series) models are ideal where space is at a premium. They feature a compact 21" (533mm) footprint and ventless operation, eliminating the need for a costly exhaust hood.

Free-standing (F Series) models feature a cook by probe option within single or combined lower chambers. Precisely cook a variety of food, including taller menu items, to a specific internal temperature while still experiencing the benefits of Structured Air Technology.

The secret to more food, more often with the highest quality lies in Structured Air Technology. This technology delivers high-velocity, vertical upward and downward airflow. This optimized, focused heat delivers faster, more even and consistent cooking than other cooking methods.

Vector Multi-Cook Ovens

Vector multi-cook ovens are waterless and stackable, allowing for flexible kitchen placement. Countertop models are ventless for additional flexibility. Prepare a variety of food in up to four independent chambers without the hassle of water.

Converge Multi-Cook Combi Ovens

Converge multi-cook ovens feature up to three combis in one ventless footprint. A water connection is required for self-cleaning capabilities and independent humidity control in each chamber. Steam, bake, air fry, and grill all at the same time.

The independent fan and heating element in each chamber gives operators the ability to control each chamber’s temperature and fan speed.
